To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Campaign Creation

Campaign Creators must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
  • Ensure all campaign content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use funds raised only for the stated purpose of the campaign.
  • Understand that Meichher Dam Dam is not responsible for the success or failure of any campaign.

4. Donations

Donors agree that:

  • Donations are made voluntarily and at their sole discretion.
  • Donations are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply as per our refund policy (if any) or applicable law.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and you are subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Meichher Dam Dam does not guarantee that funds will be used as promised by the Campaign Creator.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.
  • Interfering with the proper working of the Platform.
  • Attempting to bypass any measures of the Platform designed to prevent or restrict access to the Platform, or any portion of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Meichher Dam Dam or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any Content without the express written permission of Meichher Dam Dam.
